Grand Fir sugar is made with organic cane sugar and fresh Grand Fir gathered from the woodlands of Saanich, Vancouver Island. Lovely sprinkled on cookies, in tea or added to whipped cream for a subtle Christmas tree flavour. The sugar and pine is dried together to make the product more stable and to help retain the beneficial nutrients of the needles.
